Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders over $99 ship free within the United States.
We currently ship via major carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of the order.
Local Pickup
Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our porch in Hazel Park, Michigan.
After placing your order and selecting Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Pickup times are flexible. We’ll coordinate a time that works for you and have your order placed on the porch for contactless pickup.
Once a local pickup order has been collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@maxlowcandleco.com with your name and order number and we’ll help look into it.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control. Maxlow is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the carrier.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Looking around your delivery area
• Contacting the carrier directly
If you need help filing a claim or locating your package, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Maxlow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@maxlowcandleco.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Approved returns will be refunded for the item cost minus the return shipping cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@maxlowcandleco.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a fair solution.
