Shipping
The time needed to process an order will vary, but usually takes 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, it will typically take about 3-7 business days to arrive. This is strictly an estimate, and actual delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and the shipping location.
Once the package is scanned, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries. However, we are here to help if you have any issues! Please contact us at hello@maxlowcandleco.com if you have any concerns about your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We always want you to love your order! However, if you’re unsatisfied, please contact us at hello@maxlowcandleco.com.
If your order has arrived damaged or if you have an issue with your product, please include a description and photos in your email. This way, we can get moving on a replacement!
Refunds can only be processed on items that have not been used or damaged. Items are expected to be sent back in the original packaging and carefully packed, as we cannot return any items that arrive broken.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require a receipt or order number.
Refunds are for your product only and do not include shipping costs. The cost to ship the item back to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We can process the return after is the item is received. Once processed, will take approximately 5-10 business days for the payment to post on the original form of payment.
Please note, there are exceptions: we will not accept returns for sale items, clearance items, or items purchased at our stockists.
