We always want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us at hello@maxlowcandleco.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, scent, or finish may occur.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@maxlowcandleco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Candles that have already been lit or used

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for return, feel free to contact us.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once it has been approved, and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
